Couldnt find any zinc supplements at my kroger except the coldeeze. I spent a great deal of time trying to find something else.

Zicam works pretty well for me but this time I didnt take it fast enough. But I still did use it until it was gone which I think kept the bad part of the initial cold to a minimum. Zinc does work along with V-C
