I take the zinc in the form of coldeez. It works.
The only place I know of to get silver solution is UGA animal hospital. It is used on wounds that won't heal. They don't know how or why, just that it works. That may or may not be different than the silver JD speaks of.

Try bypassing the coldeez and just grab the zinc supplements. You’ll save $$$, get more and have the same success.
