He owed none of them anything. Sure he burned the bridges, but he can do that if he wants to. Respect for his boss is earned by how his boss treated him not by # of ships. This post is weird that you care enough about the situation to post as a (seemingly) neutral party.

If he hated Bama and Saban he never should have accepted the job in the first place. He left like a petulant teenager.

Do you think Saban mistreated the guy who coached Tua to within knats arse of winning the Heisman and drastically improved Jalen's game? He was about to be promoted to offensive coordinator. That doesn't sound like mistreatment to me.

Bottom line is that Enos was afraid to break the news so instead of manning up, he slipped out the back when no one was looking. It was a testament to his character or lack thereof.

Hey snowflake, it’s called being a professional. Enos showed a real lack of class and professionalism. Even if you don’t like your boss, you should be professional on your exit.
