It’s the Graduate Hotel “minichain” that is taking over the Chancellor (same as in Oxford and a bunch of other cool college towns). It will be a million times cooler as a result. The owners of that franchise know what the hell theyre doing in creating hip, appealing spaces.

Oh wow, didn’t know they were going to be related. That’s pretty cool and it should be even better.
