Regarding Locksley: Saban does need to learn to let coaches go that take other jobs. I know it has worked out ok here and there in the past, but most in spite of that coach staying on.
I have never seen a more unprepared team and I think that is why Saban isn't even mad.

Yeah that makes sense. I agree when they take other jobs he should let them go ahead and go
