Coaches/fans/schools have done this to football.
Changing jobs voluntarily/involuntarily at breakneck pace only increases the rationality of not punishing the players for moving as well.
He shouldn’t have to put forth a BS excuse. He should be able to just transfer.

Coaches have contracts and have to usually pay buyouts. To say coaches leave with no penalty us mostly false.
