Just put it in Atlanta every year. No bowl affiliation. Just the NC game. Let the other bowl games play out normally.

Why not in Dallas? SEC is favor in Atlanta but Dallas not so.

agreed, by putting it in Georgia you know the only team who could possibly have a home field advantage will never win it
