No, they don't. Look at recruiting ranking for the past 10 years. If you're are saying those teams have more talent than 2008 Bama that is a completely idiotic statement. Those teams still have to beat 2018 Bama and Clemson. Strangely you left UGA teams off your list.
BAMA's talent pool is amazing. I'm not hating, just pointing out the facts.

I’m telling you right now if the cfp was Michigan vs Ohio state eight years in a row no one in the south would care about the college football playoff after awhile
