Alabama should win this one going away.....but.....UGA should have beaten OU going away last season; they wound up in a shootout.

It is really hard to use statistics to evaluate the two teams. If you take Bama's four opponents in November (disregarding the Citadel), they averaged 24th nationally on defense. The best four defenses that OU played in November averaged 79th nationally. Although I think this was a major factor in the Heisman voting, I'm not sure it matters a lot when it comes to how the game will play out. The fact is, OU can score on anyone, from any place on the field. Bama can do the same.

I don't think the Bama coaching staff will alter their game plan a lot, from what they've been running all year. Why would you? If it ain't broke.....etc., etc..

I would like to remind Bama and OU fans how lucky we are to see our teams in this match-up. It is one of the more interesting ones, in recent memory.

My only concern is that we try to sling it everywhere while we could crush them just running the ball. I do not want to get in a shootout.

It's going to be closer than most think. I think Bama wins 45-38. Something like that.

OU is going to score points. It’s gojng to come down to which defense can force field goals and get a turnover. I think Alabama is going to win but to expect to win going away is foolish.
