It's less about raw stats than it is: He's never lit up a college defense, why on Earth do you guys think he's going to light up an NFL defense?

He's not even as good of a passer as Tebow, who really, let's be honest, did not have the build or processing speed necessary to play at the next level.

I mean, he might be a great scout QB who can mimic tall Quarterbacks, but he is no where near the mark on actual mental processing.

The stats are there:

18 passing touchdowns vs. six teams with losing records.

6 passing touchdowns vs. seven teams with winning records.

Never had a 300 yard game. Never "won" a single game with his arm and there is endless film of him outright missing wide open receivers.

Far, close, intermediate. Not covered, hands high in the air, right in front of him -- even in the Michigan game.

Dude is no where near NFL ready, but he will definitely make a CFL/AAF team very, very happy because I think he will be able to read those defenses.

Watch where Daniel Jones from Duke gets drafted this year.

I’m telling you. None of that matters. And it won’t do the Gators any good. But Franks will be a 1st round draft pick next year if he matches his production from this year.
