I also think Mullen has adjusted his offense to where it’s not so run heavy. QB run/run game in general is still a huge part of it, but I saw what seemed like a much bigger role in the passing game this year than in previous seasons with Mullen.

Maybe has something to do with franks skill set, but that makes me excited about what he could do with beck. Beck may be the first non-project we’ve taken at QB since... Will Grier?

Agreed. His offense can work without the QB run. He just likes the option. Obviously Fields is still the premier type of QB Mullen wants..but Beck is good enough that we don't need the Q; run honestly. Kid can light it up from the pocket
