According to the review attributed to Colin Peek, he went to him while playing at Alabama. Would be interesting to know if Peek was refered to him by our staff or if Peek sought treatment from him instead of the team doctors at the time, and why.

I totally get what this doctor was saying, which I interpret to be more philosophical about doing experimental surgery on amateur athletes. Surgery is a very aggressive posture on an injury that heals well with no treatment given time. There's a lot of reasonable orthopedists that would be reluctant to endorse it for this injury in a college athlete, whereas they'd be more amenable to doing it on a professional.

Interesting... i do think collin has ties to the greater jax area. I'm 95% sure he played soccer with my younger brother at around 10-12 years old.
