Based on what?

Florida lost to Kentucky. Georgia can't beat Alabama. Missouri will be terrible next year without Lock. Vanderbilt will suck with Shurmur. Tennessee is losing recruiting battles to Arkansas on players from the state of Tennessee. (to say that is unheard of is an understatement) The East will be worse next year than it was this season. The West is building back.
