Maybe. I have serious doubts that Durkin's tactics were all that different from those at most major programs. Few of the things described sound like something that wouldn't be accepted at any SEC program had a kid not died. That and the fact that Durkin/the PT guy seemed to have no ability to relate to the players seem to be what did him in. Maybe there are incidents I missed, but it all sounded like a perfect storm of everything going wrong rather than an outlier program gone wild.
