Flutie Hail Mary
Kordell Stewart to westbrook
1980 Holiday Bowl (BYU was down 45-25 with 2 minutes left and won on hail mary)
1979 Cotton Bowl (Notre Dame trailed 34-12 with 6 minutes to play and won on a last play Montana pass to Kris Haynes after Montana had left the game earlier suffering from hypothermia)

Add to that Boise State's finish against Oklahoma in 2007 Fiesta Bowl and you've got a list.
