Are you saying there was no bias considering your location?

That'd be interesting.

Do people in the stadium usually want a measurement when he clearly got a first down by a yard and a half?

Exactly what I am saying. If LSU had the ball and thrown for a first I would have said "frick...that's a first". It was that obvious in the stadium.

In that situation at EVERY stadium in college football if it had been close people wouldn't be high fiving... they would be saying "damn... is that a first?? That is close". It was 4th and 18 and everyone in the stadium... A&M and LSU fans... KNEW where the marker was. If they didn't they saw the replay. I have yet to see a single post from an LSU fan that was actually at the game say it wasn't a first. They knew it also.

Once again... in the stadium the SEC Network did not impose that yellow line you saw on TV. I had no idea there any question about it until Sunday morning when I got on the rant.

Can anyone begin to imagine the outcry from LSU fans if the refs had STOPPED the clock to measure for a first down that was 1 1/2 yards past the stick??? The LSU fans would be bitching a fricking storm about refs stopping the clock for no reason to allow A&M to get set. Ridiculous.
