Was at the game and just got a chance to watch it.

First, the first down call was correct. The TV line was wrong. In the stadium there was no doubt he got the first. Amazing that a lot of whining LSU fans on this board can’t do simple math. Even if you back the spot up by a full yard he still made the first by a yard. Not sure why this is being bitched about. Everyone in the stadium knew it was a first immediately.

Second, replay showed Mond was clearly down when he picked up the ball. Had he thrown a TD and it had been reversed Ags would have been pissed and LSU fans elated. But, the call was correct. Not sure why this is being bitched about.

Third, the ball was grounded with 1 second on the clock. They zoomed in it with the clock reading 01. Not sure why this is being bitched about.

Fourth, the call of incomplete on the Sternberger hit looks right. Watched it several times and it looks like the ball is moving between his hand and body when he gets hit. Ref made the call on the field immediately. I wasn’t sure at the game. Looked like a fumble initially. Now that I see it, it looks like he never established control. If you are an LSU fan I get you don’t like the call. This type of call is made all year long.
