Anyone remember when we anxiously watched to see where we were ranked each week?

I know it’s hard to think back that far. Like remembering a good Tennessee team

Would LSU fans be happier getting to say 5 or 6 and getting a NY6 game or total chaos happening and they get to 4 knowing they have to face Alabama again in the playoffs?

This isn’t a troll attempt I’m genuinely asking because I think most rational fans know they don’t match up to Alabama well this year and a second game would be very much like the first. So would you rather get a NY6 game against Ohio state or someone and have a chance to end the season on a high note ?

Herbie says he thinks LSU has hit a ceiling and he thinks teams will start to pass them soon. Everybody seemed a little surprised to see UK at 17.

Mississippi State really shouldn't be ranked at all.

Kentucky should be like 20-25.

There's other stuff that is odd, but other than that it's not too bad.

LSU might get a break whereas Ga gets rolled by Bama by winning east. What a league!

One thing to watch for. Following a SECCG loss to Georgia, does Ohio State, who has a 29 point loss to Purdue, jump 12-1 Alabama after a thrilling win over 7-5 Northwestern in the B1G CG

It's really done for no other reason than to give ESPN something to talk about for several hours. I read an article giving arguments of whether Michigan or Georgia should be four or five. Totally meaningless. We all know if UGA wins out they are in and the same for Michigan.
