I don't want to go full TA but I can't believe how truly inept the concessions continue to be. Ran out of chicken tenders at the line I was standing in, waited 10 minutes at the front, got the first basket after watching them pour it out of the fryer, and it still managed to be room temp. Thankfully not a hot chocolate guy because those lines seemed to be a living hell.
