The years roll on and the song remains the same.

Ladies and gentlemen, alls I can say is, I think we all knew this one was coming

It is an indictment of Calipari that he could take this much talent and lose ten games and win zero tournament games.
Tubby was better than this. Much better and less talent.

No person in any sport, business, or enterprise of any kind has done less with more talent than John Calipari.
I have steadily been losing faith in his coaching since he couldn’t win in 2015 with the best college basketball roster ever assembled. It’s been the same old story, same old song and dance ever since.
I don’t know who to replace him with, but I’d argue there are high school coaches with better Xs and Os coaching ability available in this state.

What about UConn's coach to replace?

Would be a good hire. We will see. I'd be surprised of he left UConn

I am of mixed feelings about getting him from you. Maybe he rejuvenates his career here but I think there is a good reason y'all couldn't wait to see him gone.

Poor regular season performance lead to poor sec tourney performance which lead to poor ncas tourney performance
Is what it is. Dude was really good for several years when he got here. Maybe he will want to prove all the "haters" at UK wrong and do good at Arkansas. Evidently he talked to Ohio State to so he wanted out big time

Wait and see. His ego Is desperate to go out better than he has so far. He will recruit great, but as we can attest to, you need more than freshman to win in March.
He most certainly will be focused for a year or two to make a run.

Just read back through all these posts. Cal had multiple chances to atone for his puzzling losses and couldn’t do it. Same thing year in year out. If he could have won he’d have done it. I don’t know how Pope will do but at least it will be different and it will be a Kentucky first program.
