I have listen to nothing but LSU players and fans say that our schedule has not tested us. Maybe it I should not to there level but man the disrespect is ridiculous,

It bothers you because there is truth to it. Our opponents have largely shite the bed so far this season. Not Alabama’s fault so you shouldn’t let it bother you. Doesn’t mean Alabama isn’t good, maybe even great. But it’s true they haven’t played a tough schedule.

Year in and year out, 'Bama doesn't play anyone. We could play the Giant's practice squad and still hear the same thing. Just because we don't get beaten by Purdue or a Texas team that lost to Merdeland or to a Florida team that lost to Kentucky, doesn't mean jack. After Saturday, when we skull drag Louisiana State University, we STILL won't have played anybody. And don't be surprised in LSU turns around and loses the following week and maybe once more. Saban's Alabama teams take the life out of teams.

Personally, I hope on Sunday morning MS State is talking about how Bama still hasn't played anybody.

We aren’t saying you aren’t good.

But yes, the schedule you have played is weak. No denying that

Our schedule has been pretty light so far.

It doesn't matter, just win all our games, it will take care of itself.

We haven't played anyone, really. Nobody better than 8-4/7-5ish. The laughable part is when someone then goes from that to the fact that it somehow means we really aren't that good.

You can argue there is a bit of an unknown with our offense. That's reasonable. However, you also have to acknowledge that against "bad teams" we've basically doubled everything that every other team has done against them. We aren't merely doing what other teams do to them, we've doing the same amount of damage in roughly 1 half or less. I think anyone with a brain has to admit that the "floor" for our offense is clearly pretty high.

I'm pretty sure we'll probably have season lows in passing and scoring Saturday. However, that means scoring less than 39 and having less than 516 yards of total offense. I'd be shocked if we scored less than 25 and had less than 400 yards of offense, and only the biggest LSU homer on earth could argue otherwise given their performances against the semi-balanced offenses they've played so far.

And our defense has been tested as much as anybody else in the league. They won't see anything the next 3 SEC games that they haven't already seen.

The schedule hasn’t been the toughest this year. But for LSU fans, schedule is like the man hanging from a cliff by a thin root. It’s their one hope and they’re going to hang on until it breaks.

I think a bigger item, not detrimental though, is the total amount of time the starters have played on both sides of the ball.
Maybe 3 quarters/game on average?

Nope, it just makes it funnier when we beat them. Then you can say after the game to them, "I'm worried, we still haven't beat anyone good."

The lsu schedule, which those swampy morlocks believed was the toughest schedule in the history of the world and mankind turns out to be just a frickin' garden variety schedule.

They still suckle at that dried up old teet though but no one buys it anymore.

Miami garbage
Auburn garbage
Ole miss garbage
Moo U garbage

We all play the same divisional teams and alabama will do unspeakable things to state and auburn this year.

Those drunken mud ducks play one good team that faints at the sight of it's own blood, gifts them four turnovers they can hardly do jackshit with and now they fancy themselves legit.

4 tuornovers, 36 points with 15 off field goals. That's all they could do against georgia. Georgia coughs the ball up four times against alabama and it turns into a bloodbath. Cough the ball up four times against lsu and they kick five field goals and play into the fourth quarter.

That team's smoke and mirrors. Scratch the surface on that bunch and it's obvious they stumbled into that number 4 ranking.

I bet Saban is using the whole haven't played anyone line as extra motivation. I would't be surprised after the game hearing the Bama players say that people where doubting them because they haven't played anyone.

Our SOS is average but our Resume SP is first. Why? Because we haven’t struggled once which nobody else can say, even teams with similar SOS.

At no point in this season were we ever in danger of losing a game and our margin of victory could be even better if we kept our foot on the gas for 60min (there is no reason to though).

So while it’s true we haven’t been tested, it’s because few teams even exist out there that would test this Bama team. That’s not hyperbole, it’s fact.

Let them talk. It's the only point they can make right now.

Our schedule has been the worst it's been in over a decade. But, that doesn't mean much. I know when I'm watching a good team. If the defense continues to improve, this could be up there with Saban's very best teams. The offense is already up there.

I honestly couldn't care less. Win all of our games and it won't matter one bit.

It doesn't matter. If we played Vandy every weekend and won we would still go to the SEC Championship Game and playoffs. Doesn't matter who our opponents are.

You get used to it on here. LSU fans, if anything, are consistent when they find their narrative. Ever since 2011, it's the same song and dance. They all pump their chest with whatever narrative the hive-mind has decided they're using, then they repeat it incessantly. Then when we beat their arse, they all flee to their safe space at the Tiger Rant where you'll get banned for posting as a Bama fan.

2011 NC - 9-6, best CFB team in history, best defense in history, home field
2012 - don't remember this one, I'm sure it was "night game in Baton Rouge, Bama's 2011 defense ain't here baw" type shite
2013 - Mettenberger, OBJ, Landry, Hill, best offensive juggernaut LSU has ever had.
2014 - Night game in BR, Blake Sims can't handle the crowd, Running back at QB, blah blah
2015 - LF7 best RB ever, second coming of AP, coming for that Heisman, can't be stopped
2016 - Freshman Jalen can't handle the night crowd in Baton Rogue, it's so loud, omg he's so screwed
2017 - I think they knew they were screwed here
2018 - Refs cheating, Bama ain't played nobody, Night game in BR, Tua ain't ready, muh first round picks in the secondary, blah blah

It's just the same shite, different year
