We use Apple TV and a digital antenna for CBS (we only watch college football on it). Then subscribe to Sling with the ESPN package and then swap out to HBO package after football season. We also subscribe to Netflix and Hulu and have Amazon Prime.
Of course, you have to pay for high speed Xfinity internet, unless AT&T or another provider has high speed fiber optic in your area.
Also, if family members have DirectTV or Comcast, you can use their credentials and log into Hulu, Netflix and ESPN apps.
We save over $100/month from our old Xfinity package. I believe Roku is about the same as Apple TV, so you can go either route there, probably.

Thanks bro. A quick Google search just confirmed what you said so my only decision is whether keep xfinity internet service or downgrade to AT&T.
