Is LSU the first team to be screwed over by an iffy targeting call? It’s just one guy on an 85 man roster, why all the outrage?
Will it really make a difference? It’s not like he plays QB or another important position.

Looking at it on paper Alabama is better than LSU, hell they are better than anyone in the country.
However anything can happen on any given Saturday. You take away the most important player on our team, on the strongest side of the ball, it greatly reduces the chances of us coming out on top.
That is the big deal.

Because it was a terrible call. Regardless of this game or the certain player, it was a terrible and wrong call. It's also terrible a player is punished the FOLLOWING game. Throw the kid out and give him a week to practice better technique and let him play next game.
