Only thing I don’t like is when they run blitz on every down knowing you’ve taken your foot off the gas. I say after the 2nd or 3rd one, all bets are off and I’m running play action. The goal is to get guys good reps, not run into 11 man boxes.

I would have given anything in the 4th qtr if Saban would have let Butch on the sidelines like he was calling the plays.

But all honesty I agree with those who mentioned it. If you are going to pull your starters at least get the backups some playing time with actual real plays. Let them run the offense because it is not like they have not practiced it all week while getting reps.
