No he isn't.
It will just seem that way because he will have around 60% of the total passing yards his betters had before him.

Doesn't look like Fitz is running the ball a shite ton more than the other QB's as you implied. As a matter of fact, he runs the ball less.
Fitz is just more explosive than the other prolific running QB's in SEC History.
