I mean let's be honest. Black clubs almost always have violent drama. In Gainesville the strip of black clubs constantly has cops near it to stop issues(Rain). In YBor the "black side of the stretch" had two cops stationed outside of each club and still had insane fights every night. I saw riot teams with shields multiple times in YBor and every time it was in that area. Last time I went cops literally escorted my friends and I to our car without us asking. Said we parked in the wrong area, so they'll help us get to our car.
Happens everywhere. Just what it is. Avoid those areas and you'll be fine.

It's the Square in Oxford. THE place that the town and University don't want people to avoid.
Plus, the entire area wouldn't make a decent par 4. It's not a big site being talked about here
