Not to pile on because all this missed call stuff is senseless....take a look at the pass rush on Burrow at the 330 mark of the fourth qtr...DL hits Burrow in the Head after the pass...Burrow even motions about it to the refs. It is not a great camera angle but it looked pretty obvious.

I was surprised that LSU's OL held up so well vs AU's talented DL. As always, LOS play is so very important and LSU did more than hold their own on the OL. Their DL seemed to play a little better than the AU mediocre OL. Those were primary keys to the win. Burrow also made big plays in the passing game like vs Miami. It's not pretty but it is effective.

I'm impressed. OTOH, IMO LSU is going to have trouble when they play more effective offenses because they do not have the offense to keep up. Also, but for a few exceptions they just looked like a well coached team. And I'm a Coach O skeptic. Not that he is an idiot like some claim, but I'm surprised at how organized and focused they've been. Burrow has been much better than the numbers would suggest. Kudos to LSU and Coach O.
