I see a bunch of roster names that any team could list. You're switching from a 3-4 to a 4-3 which is an entirely different defense with different personnel and you're telling me you're 10 deep with no dropoff without recruiting a top 20 class and the players you need to run a 4-3?
Huh-uh....ain't buying it.

Majority of those players are 4 star or better. This new scheme, will only help free up the SEC's returning sack leader. Very excited to see it.

30 front personnel and 40 front personnel are different skillsets and usually different body types. You have a roster full of kids you recruited for a 30 front. I don't believe they all just made the leap to different gaps and nobody missed a beat, 10 deep. That's an entirely different defense. I don't care how many stars they have.

At least 2 future first rounders on that line with several other potential all sec players beg to differ.

I'm aware your 1s are really good. That's not 10-11 deep.

What an easy schedule they have...

Still running a 0 gap scheme, and we only ran a base 30 for one year, so the personnel is fine.
That being said, you aren't being bullshitted, we do have almost too many quality DL's. 10 deep wasn't a stretch. Our 3rd string DE's (Marquis Spencer and Fletcher Adams) would start at some if not most other schools in the conference. Both were 4* guys, who were recruited by everyone, and have been outstanding. Legitimately isn't fair to call them 3rd string as they will likely take as many snaps as the listed 2's.
I know it sounds ridiculous, and it is, it's honestly a conundrum I've never seen before.
As for the record, there is no way to know. I like Joe Mo and so far everything seems good, but the truth is a new coach is always a question mark. But there is more talent on the roster than we've ever had at any point in our history, which is reason to be excited.

11-2 with the 2nd loss coming in the CFP against Clemson who will then get destroyed by Bama in the NCG.

You dont know what the hell you're talking about. Put down your Football For Dummies book and do a little research.
State will be multiple up front. They're not a true 3-4 because of their personnel. More often than not, they will be 4-2-5. As for being 10 deep, its true. Almost all of those guys are highly recruited and almost all of those guys have game experience in the toughest conference in the land.
An Oklahoma fan discussing defense? Priceless.

You’ve been listening to too many of your Okie friends that think they know defense. This myth that it takes drastically different players to play a 4-3, 3-4 defense is really stupid. No defensive coordinator in the history of football has ever said that. Truly elite lineman don’t care. The position State has an abundance of elite players is the DL. And yes, the 3rd stringers have players that are being projected to be NFL draftees. No one says State is like that at every position but DL just happens to be that way at the moment. Really isn’t debatable if you go by what every other teams coaches say. Along with every NFL scout. And every draft analyst that’s out there. But I guess we should take the opinion of a hick Okie that just got his football knowledge from his wife’s boyfriend.

I see a bunch of roster names
Jeffery Simmons- best DT in the country- 1st rounder
Montez Sweat- SEC sack leader and borderline 1st round pick
Braxton Hoyette- draft pick in April
Cory Thomas- draft pick in April
Gerri Green- 3rd-4th round pick in April
Chauncey Rivers- juco AA that had to RS because of transcript issues. Some think he is the best of the group
Marquiss Spencer- draft pick in 2020
Fletcher Adams- started in the bowl win over Louisville- now running 3rd team
Kobe Jones - good young player
Tre Brown - solid juco transfer
Lee Autry - solid juco transfer

We only ran the 3-4 for 2 years. Most of these guys were recruited to play in a 4-3
