This guy makes no sense. He has Alabama going 12-0 but has Auburn ranked ahead of Alabama in his matrix.

That's because he has the REC ranked above Auburn.

That's bc no one wants to come out against Alabama. With the level of success that Alabama has demonstrated the past 10years, I don't blame them. Fact is, even Nick Saban will make avg/bad hires and that level of success will start to come back down to earth. Now does that mean terrible seasons...no! But don't expect bama to keep having undefeated or 1 loss seasons, winning the SEC and making Playoffs every year.

I know nothing about this guy, but maybe the home field advantage bama would have in the Iron Bowl is the difference.

It's called schedule.

Have bama play AUs schedule:

Away vs AU (since bama cant play themeselves), at UGA, at MSU, Washington at a neutral site, two more top 25 teams at home, and bama probably doesnt make the playoffs. Probably loses 2 or 3 games.
