Aren’t you 4-14 vs top dogs of SEC West? That’s getting killed if so.

Yes, we’re 4-14 against Auburn, LSU, and Bama. But that’s moving the goalpost. Nobody said, “y’all are going to lose most of your games to the best three teams in the best division in football.” People said, “y’all are going to finish last or second to last every year.” But we haven’t. We have a winning record, a top 5 finish nationally, and a top 2 finish in the West. Nobody predicted that.

I’ll give you 2012, no one saw that coming & it was not repeated.

I don’t recall “6th or 7th” in the West being thrown out.. 4th-6th sounds familiar & I think that’s been the case ‘13-‘17 & what I’d expect this year.

B12 South was very similar to the current SEC West back when y’all were around. Same story in my opinion.. y’all will never beat the big boys.. split with middle of the pack and fare well with the bottom feeders.

The goal posts move because all that yapping when Mizzou and aTm joined was bullshite. They will never compete...bottom dwellers door mats etc.

Mizzou has a top 5 and top 15 finish and two division titles to go along with a close to .500 conference record. You listed your accomplishments.

Are we blueblods? No. We haven't embarrassed ourselves on the football field collectively over the long haul since expansion either like was predicted. Have repped the SEC fairly well in major bowls. Mizzou and aTm put wood on former Big 12 conference mates in the cotton bowl. Mizzou has two New Years day bowl victories as an SEC memeber....
