re: South Carolina BBQ is not very good

I live pretty close to the center of the state. I think we can all agree that some of the worst bbq is what they make around here in central ga. They don’t cook it right bc you can’t taste any smoke in it or find hardly any bark, chop it up into dry sawdust and then add a very tomato tasting sauce with not much vinegar and no sweetness and make a paste out of it then eat it on white bread. Some of the nastiest bbq is right here where I live.
