Shhhh....don't screw up the narrative. In the Vandy game, he only came in to run the ball a few times and didn't throw any passes. I did break down the stats vs SEC opponents in my post up above.

My bad. His biggest statistical games were against cupcakes.
After putting up gaudy numbers against Arkansas, Kentucky, and Louisiana (non-conference), he was terrible against A&M and not much better against State.
He played well against LSU for a half, yes. Probably would've been different if they had film on him and prepared for him as the starter.
I'm not saying he's terrible. But he's nothing special.
