Our offense should help us upset a team or two, and our defense will lose a few.

Ole Miss has reasons for optimism on offense. WRs and first unit OL are legit.

Defense is going to be a swinging gate and that's a problem. Will have to outscore a lot of teams.

I'm not buying the hype on Ta'amu but he is serviceable and will be helped by the line and WRs.

Rebs should win a few. If I were a fan, I'd be concerned about the defense (entire, not just LB), the running game, and depth on the offensive line.

I don't know why people are so down on Taamu. Patterson wasn't cutting it last year. He could drive between the 20s and then nothing. He liked to throw interceptions and would rocket-arm a receiver 5 yards away. He was very volatile and would not check down on receivers but would tend to tuck and run as option 2. He was not successful at this. Taamu threw catchable balls and brought stability to the position. The team rallied around him. He was successful.
