Tatoo is an idiot.

Now that that is out of the way...

2003 AU was blown out by UGA in Auburn. 2004 AU blew out UGA in Athens. 37 point swing in that game. 25 point swing vs Piss. 25 point swing vs LSU. 17 vs Tenn. 12 vs Arky. We lost to Geogia Tech by 2 TDs in 2003.

The difference between 2003 AU and 2004 was HUGE. You are talk 2-5 touchdown improvements vs almost every conference opponent. And even against bama who we beat up on both years, we won in 2003 by 3 then were up 15 until the last play of the game, a long garbage pass against our backups.

I guarantee 2004 USC did not have results in the same universe. Hell, they were probably better in 2003. Looking at their 2003 vs 2004 results, they had several more close games in 2004 and their 2004 margin of victory was much less than in 2003.

We already know AU had more talent in 2004 than USC. We also know AU was superior on the offensive and defensive line of scrimmage.

Frankly, I think we win by 2 TDs. We slept walked through VT and still led 16-0 midway through the 4th quarter. If we had gotten to play USC we would have actually been motivated.

I see a game vs USC as AU getting up about 21-10 by halftime, with a final of 31-20.
