Coaching stability is a big factor in getting your program back to where it once was. Continually changing coaches definitely impedes the chance of that happening

Or keeps you in perpetual mediocrity like Georgia with Mark Richt. There are two sides to every coin. Mullen has 4 years to prove he’s the guy. It is what it is.

In 15 years at Georgia, Mark Richt averaged 10 wins a year. that is not great, but mediocrity?

Did you really just say Richt was mediocre.
Record 145-51
Won 2 SEC Championships
Consistently put a tremendous team on the field
Is a class act and lives his life with a moral integrity should be emulated by others.

I don’t like Miami at all but because he is there , I will pull for them when they are not playing a SEC team. He will win there as well.

I could go on but I am shaking my head at that. If Richt is mediocre, then virtually no coach in America even approaches being average much less good or great.
