State continued to recruit, then it wasn’t until immediately after signing did they report to the NCAA. Then when asked for the info, they took seven months to send anything and even then wasn’t all inclusive, until cam became a star player, then Mullen/urbz got arse hurt and decided to really say what happened with Kenny and bond. State disassociated with boosters as a result.
