No it isn’t. As long as State notified the NCAA of issue they have every right to continue recruiting him. If Cam had committed then we would have had to make him ineligible until the matter was resolved.

They didn't notify anybody. They continued to recruit Cam. Cam signed with Auburn in Dec.. State went to the SEC office in Febr..
