The overpass walkway seems like a no-brainer. Frees up traffic, eases the stress on resources (i.e. less cops directing traffic) and would improve foot traffic around the stadium for the experience.
I can actually somewhat understand Floyd's point. However, it was twenty-five years ago. I don't see the point of demolishing when remodeling is feasible. It's not really the bones of WB that suck, it's the aesthetics. Use the existing structure as you will, but improve the utilities and the look.
What ever happened to the purchase of the land near the river? And are there bids to move further down shop road? There's a good start to something down there, but USC needs to make an effort to own everything within at least a halfmile radius around the stadium to improve the look.
