Roaster has the hook up.

I know what they want to do ... but Eddie Floyd has threatened to go ballistic if they do.

So there are going to be some special box type facilities in his building along with some VIP viewing area and some more shops put in ... they are even talking about food this and that which would be stupid as frick if they went that direction.

East side men's and women's lower level bathroom facilities are supposed to be upgraded but we've got a plumbing issue with the city ... sometimes we just need to go Trump trade war with the City of Columbia honestly. Just say frick'em and raise tarrifs on their asses, especially after the shite show flood last year.

They are also planning on doing a lot with the lower level in terms of more food and drink options. They are going to dress it up down there, make it look better to visiting fans.

There is a push to make the main entrance on the west side and give it a columned look with arched covered entrances .... but who knows where that is going to go. It would be kind of cool seeing everything focused on the west side coming and going in between the Gamecock Park and the new FBOps building though.

The Saturday only new game day only lockerroom in the stadium is going to be spectacular when they finally get that done.

Curious to know what Floyd is blocking.

Personally, I think this is a chance to get ahead of the curve of the SEC and we're going to miss it. The future isn't adding more seats or boxes, in fact, I would argue it's about reducing the number.

I'm a season ticket holder and donate at scholarship level. I can't make it to weekday basketball games and only marginally care about baseball. Basically, I pay 1k for every home game. That sucks.

I would be much happier to pay that with a better gameday experience. Get rid of the benches and put in individual seats. Expand access to concessions. Put in actual restaurants a la major league baseball. Air conditioning the concourses with a better demarcation b/w shopping and food/drink and getting into the stadium. I hate having to wade through lines on people getting sandwiches and bathroom in order to just get to my seats.

What needs to happen in the next decade is for USC to convince people that it's worth paying the 1k to go into the games and not just tailgate and watch on the 60 inch plus TVs with satellite or sit at home by the pool and grill with friends.

Add to that, I can't even write off my donations now!
