Reminds me of a Christmas TV show when I was a young teenager in '64 or '65 ... had this part in it about the island of misfit toys.
I guess that's what we are.

I don't, but I don't like when older folks don't keep up with what's going on around them and then get offended and try to strangle out any new development in culture, rhetoric, etc. There are plenty of older people who are in touch, or at least tolerant, and you're one of them - people like Spurticus and the OP of the CT thread are not. Also rooster, and I think you know this, but when you're trying to bait someone or piss them off you play on their insecurities; you're old, you're a sidewalker, etc.
