Dixie Chicken is cool, but a dive bar? It’s the most well known bar there.
For Columbia, does Group Therapy count as a dive? If so, maybe that one. That or The Whig.

It definitely has the environment of a dive bar but so does like 80% of the bars on NG

Probably in the past, but it has been around so long I'd call it more of a landmark. And since Steve Taneyhill bought it, there's a lot more mainstream crowd and stuff going on there besides cocaine at 4:00 am.
