a sandwich called the Camel Rider

Just curious if this "camel rider" is the same sandwich I am familiar with from my days stationed in Mayport, Fl. Out on Jax Beach was a small shop that specialized in "camel riders". Is it like a sub with the meat, etc. inside the pocket of a piece of flat bread?

When I was in high school it was served in a pita pocket. They now serve between two pieces of flatbread...little more difficult to eat now, and you should never switch out from the sweet vinaigrette that it comes with...you lose the essence of the sandwich by substituting mayo and mustard.
