It’s really an between. There’s a cap on how well Mizzou can recruit regardless of the coach. That’s probably around classes consistently ranked in the 20’s.
No matter the coach Mizzou will routinely recruit behind Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, LSU, Florida, A&M and Tennessee.
