Sumlin never recruited well at Houston either. He only recruited well for us because of who we were and what we spent. Sumlin had a chopper on stand-by here while Arizona has only given him 45 hours of Private Jet time for recruiting.

I'm not anti-Sumlin by any means (actually wish him well), but this is a death knell for his system.
