Unit 731 is definitely up there. Honestly, between that, the Holocaust, the Khmer Rouge regime, the Hundred Flowers campaign and the Cultural Revolution in China, the Holodomor, the Armenian Genocide... the twentieth century had no shortage of truly awful and reprehensible acts perpetrated against humanity by itself. As to which one was the "worst," a good argument could be made for any of them.

the shite they did was sub human. I don't understand how one human being can do shite like that to another living breathing person. killing people is one thing. they experimented on humans like they were mice.
