Yeah miami definitely isn’t clean. But they can’t come close to what bama can offer. Thats really what he’s saying.

What Nebraska offers a player isn't the same as what Oklahoma can. hence Bookie to Oklahoma.
Miami definitely can't/won't pay the amounts LSU, Bama, Clemson, etc will. Just what it is.
Its like minor league compared to the major league as far as bags are concerned. One is getting pizza money, one is getting frick you I'm getting a house money.
