You work in an office, you have a desk, computer, phone, maybe a company car. What are you going to say if your employer told you that you are costing them money??? As if your computer, phone, car is a benefit to you AND NOT THEM??? You're not writing off those cost, they are. You are not reaping the rewards... They are.
