If the Oline plays well, yes. But the shitty Oline play with Herb Hand will continue, so Hurts would be able to scramble.

I think Willis is faster, but we've only seen him throw 2 passes. Joey Gatewood will probably be better than Hurts, but I'm not so sure about Willis.
