He says that Alabama should have played Tua earlier in the year and shouldn't have had to wait to do it at halftime in the national championship game. Okay. Fair point. But then he goes on to say that he was at Oregon when Tua was a high school prospect, says that he recruited Tua, and knew all along what he could do. Oh, really?

Scott Frost was the guy who never answered his phone or returned any calls when Tua was practically begging to receive an offer from Oregon.

What was his real complaint? That Tua didn't play more? It's not like Jalen didn't help win quite a few games for us.

This is why Saban is the GOAT, and Frost will never be. Tua practiced with first string exclusively for 2 days because Hurts was "sick". Saban was expecting a hard fought game and originally planned on playing Tua and Hurts in the second half if the game was close and Bama needed to pass. By waiting until the second half to play Tua, Smart lost his chance to make Tua adjustments at halftime. Essentially Saban took Smart's best coaching trait(half time defensive adjustments) out of the equation.

Scott Frost needs to learn to keep his mouth shut.

Proving to be a spotlight hungry dickhead.

It won't end well in Lincoln. Thinking it will play out similar to Kiffin at USC. His mouth will get him in trouble.

But maybe Saban will bail him out too when he goes .500 for 3 straight years.

I thought he was a perfect fit for NU. But he sure likes the spotlight.

Scott frost is right. What in the hell kept hurts on the field is a mystery. I said last year jalen would not finish his career as the Bama starter. It is doubtful he even finishes his career at Bama period.

Now u have Tyson committed as well who throws the ball as well as anybody and what will Tuas little bro do? I can't see any instance outside of injury that puts hurts back on the field. With Tyson and little tua probably coming, c'mon man.

One coach won a real NC. The other one didn’t.

I guess Greg Byrne needs to schedule a home and home with Nebraska and blow those cheating cock suckers out in consecutive years. Scott Frost beats a bunch of bums and now spouts off every time a mic is put in front of his crooked teeth.

We have no idea if Tua was ready Day one or what would have happened if he had started in the regular season. I'll side with the best coach ever who saw him in practice every single day. The way he handled it seems to have worked out well for bama and Saban.

I do wish Tagovailoa had played vs Auburn. All 4 of the injured linebackers were still out that game, if I remember correctly, so might still not have won, but I would have liked our chances a heck of a lot better with Tua.
