When we rate the melts, are we rating the accuracy of the information of the melt or the quality of the whining in the melt?

A melt emits pure emotion in its rawest form, regardless of the legitimacy of the content.

I think quality of the whining and/or *lack* of validity/accuracy to the commentary. Making a factual statement that the officiating was poor shouldn't override someone calling the Alabama team/program "a fraud" for example. Context is important... supporting evidence of comments in other threads is appreciated for fringe melt cases.

I'd say the whining and hate flow are the key factors. Anyone can say the refs cheated but it's zeal and anger that get the points.
